Recommendation: That Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 410, 2018 and Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 405, 2018 Amendment No. 1, Bylaw No. 411, 2018 be given Final Reading.

Recommendation: That Council give Sewer User Fees and Certain Sewer User Requirements and Regulations for the Rivers Crossing Area at 1150 Bear Mountain Parkway Bylaw 373, 2015, Amendment No. 3, Bylaw 412, 2018 First, Second and Third Readings.

RE:  PURCHASE OF SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA)
Recommendation: That Council approve the purchase of 20 SCBA and the related ancillary components from Rocky Mountain Phoenix in the amount of $151,850.00 + tax AND That Council approve the purchase of an additional 20 MSA face pieces from Rocky Mountain Phoenix in the amount of $4,720 + tax.

Recommendation: That Council approve the request from the Fire Chief for the 2018 Halloween event

RE:  COMMUNITY HALL – WINTER CRAFT FAIR
Recommendation: That Council approve the request from the Highlands Heritage Park Society for a subsidized rate for a full day rental of $200 for the Highlands Winter Craft Fair on Sunday, November 18, 2018 with the applicants being responsible for the refundable security deposit ($100), insurance ($25) and the caretaker fee ($50).

Recommendation: That, in relation to RFP2018-02, staff be authorized to enter into a contact with Tetra Tech Canada Inc. in the amount of $37,529.00 plus tax, to carry out a pavement condition assessment.
