Recommendation: That the Class 5 multiple be adjusted to 4.6 and Class 6 multiple be adjusted to 4.4 Recommendation: That staff prepare and bring forward the draft Financial Pan and Tax Rates Bylaws to the May 6, 2019 Council meeting for formal consideration.
