RATIFICATION OF COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

Committee of the Whole – April 10, 2017

RE:  WATER ACCESS OPTIONS FOR COMMUNITY GARDEN
Recommendation:  That Council receive and approve the water access option (essentially a higher capacity hose bib) as described in the April 6, 2017 memo from the Community Garden Committee and the revised Phase 1 Garden Budget ($24,491).

RE: BC HERITAGE CONFERENCE – FUNDING FOR POTENTIAL ONE-DAY ATTENDANCE OF HERITAGE SELECT COMMITTEE MEMBER
Recommendation: Council may wish to authorize the expenditure of $175 toward the one-day conference registration fee for a member of the Heritage Select Committee to attend the Heritage BC 2017 Conference “Planning without a (Heritage) Planner,” workshop; or Council may wish to not authorize the expenditure.
