RE:  DEVELOPMENT PERMIT WITH VARIANCE DVP-06-19
Recommendation:  That Council direct staff to issue notification for the consideration of application DVP-06-19 at a future Council meeting.

RE:  REQUEST FOR RELOCATION OF SEPTIC RESERVE AREA
Recommendation:  That Council authorize execution of the covenant modification; and further that a bylaw to delegate the authority to enter into and modify covenants related to the Subdivision or Development of Land Bylaw be brought forward to Council for consideration in due course.

RE:  FINANCIAL CONSULTANT - PROVISION OF INSURANCE
Recommendation:  That the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to enter a Service Provider Agreement with Adia Mavrikos for the District to provide insurance and indemnity coverage through the Municipal Insurance Association of BC in relation to the provision of financial consulting services, with the associated fee for the insurance to be paid by the District.

RE:  MUNICIPAL CONSENT FOR BYLAWS NO. 4326 AND 4327, LOAN AUTHORIZATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND BANKING AD HOUSING SERVICE
Suggested Motion:  That Council [Consent/not Consent] to the CRD adopting Bylaw No. 4326, to amend the Land Banking and Housing Service Establishing Bylaw to update the borrowing amount, and Bylaw No. 4327 to authorize the borrowing of $10 million to fund additional housing units under the Regional Housing First Program.

Recommendation:  That the September 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 Activity Reports attached to the report from the Chief Administrative Officer be received.

Motion:  That Council move In Camera to discuss items specific to the Community Charter, specifically s.90 (1) (c)  labour relations or other employee relations; s. (90) (1) (f) law enforcement; and s. (90) (1) (k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
