RE: BUKIN DRIVE EAST AND WEST – “HIGHWAY” SURVEY
Recommendations:
That staff be directed to:
1. Bring forward a highway closure bylaw for the open and unimproved highway from the existing driveways at 2656 and 2627 Bukin Drive East to
the existing driveway at 2770 Bukin Drive West for Council’s consideration,
2. Install appropriate signage, and
3. Engage in a process with potentially affected landowners that results in some combination of either removal of fences and structures within the
unimproved highway or use agreements that allow existing fences and structures to continue to exist.
